Founded by Grace, a seasoned podcast producer, and Meghan, a social media strategist, we bring together high-quality audio production and smart, strategic marketing to help podcasts not only sound amazing—but reach the right audience.

Meet the Team

Podcast Producer | FounderGrace Bourey is a podcaster and producer living in Portland, Maine with her husband Ian and their dog daughter Lucy. She has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication Sciences & Disorders and spent four years as a school-based speech-language pathologist before leaving the field in 2020 to pursue more creatively fulfilling work.
Today, she's the co-founder and producer at Flew the Coup Productions, which she started with her friend Meghan in 2024 to help others bring their own stories to life. She's also the co-host of Weirds of a Feather: An AuDHD-Adjacent Podcast, a passion project she launched with her childhood friend Kristin to celebrate the weird and wonderful traits of ADHD and autism.
Outside of podcasting, Grace dedicates her time to the collection of hobbies. She’s a lampshade maker, animal bone collector, longboarder, roller skater, needlepointer, and general maker of mischief.

Social Media Marketer | FounderMeghan is a seasoned social media marketer with a passion for helping creators and brands grow their online presence with purpose and personality. As the founder of Girouard Social Media, she continues to manage content strategy and community growth for a range of clients—from influencers to small businesses and lifestyle brands.
In addition to running her own agency, Meghan co-founded Flew the Coup Productions to bring that same strategic expertise to the podcasting world. She specializes in turning long-form episodes into short-form content that stops the scroll, builds connection, and drives growth. From video editing to caption writing to full-scale campaign planning, Meghan makes sure every podcast gets seen and heard.
She’s also a proud dog mom to two Bernese Mountain Dogs, a movie buff who never says no to popcorn, and a summertime enthusiast through and through.
